Dear friends, thank you for following me in 2021 & have a happy, free and healthy 2022! 
 
I am pleased to give you a small preview of a new collection that I will create/paint/build up in the coming year.  I find it already now very fascinating and motivating. 

A closer look to my sculptures

Our artist studio is my favorite place to give expression to my colour & shapes passion.

I am drawing/designing my own shapes, which i transform into colourful abstract paintings that will lead a life as contemporary sculptures

Participating in 'Atelier in Beeld'

From April 26th to May 9th, the art event 'Atelier in Beeld' is taking place.
 
'Atelier in Beeld' is replacing the previous edition of 'Buren bij Kunstenaars' and is now (due to corona) taking place online.

Art in corona times

This weekend, there is a new edition of the event ‘Buren bij Kunstenaars’.
 
Because of the corona measures I decided to not take part this time.

Diabolo Ocean

Fresh from the easel and available: a new ‘extra large’ sculpture/painting.

I just mounted on its stand and am pretty glad with it.

As you know, I’m very fond of special shapes and interesting color combinations.

This new sculpture is not yet listed in my webshop (photo shoots later on) but is completely finished and availbale for a new home.

Participation to local Art Rally in Marke

From Saturday 11 July until the 20th of August 2020 a local Art Rally is taking place in our village.

On ± 30 locations in Marke local artists are showing their artwork. This event features a competition with lots of attractive prizes.

Exhibition Hans Hartung

In het weekend was het zover. We hadden het geluk om naar een tentoonstelling van Hans Hartung te mogen gaan in het vernieuwde Musée d’Art Moderne (MAM) te Parijs. 

Onderweg - verder bouwen

Terwijl ik deze maand voor een leuke bestelling aan het schilderen ben (meer info hierover in oktober), werd ik enkele dagen geleden toch wat overrompeld door een vraag van mijn boekhoudster om een ‘inventaris’ op te stellen.

New energy

Beste vrienden, De werkzaamheden in ons atelier zijn achter de rug. Alles staat op zijn plaats, alles is verhuisd, kortom we zijn begonnen met ‘creëren’ en dat is heel leuk. Nu hebben we extra ruimte voor onze uit de hand …
